A dead body was unearthed today in the backyard of a Compton, California home. Los Angeles County Sheriff’s officers said the body was that of the alleged girlfriend of 22 year old Devon Anderson who supposedly walked into the local Sheriff’s Station and told deputies he killed his girlfriend during a domestic dispute the buried her in his yard. A man was killed in his rented room early this morning as a suspected drunk driver appears to have lost control of his car and plowed into the home of two men on an otherwise quiet residential street in Mission Viejo, California. A two year undercover investigation by the California Highway Patrol led to the arrest of 51 people allegedly involved in a ring of motorcycles thefts, trafficking in stolen parts and other crimes. Tustin police officers recently stumbled upon 24,000 pounds (that’s right) of marijuana after the driver of a big rig truck called 911 telling the operator that he thought he was being hi-jacked.
