Nerses Galstyan, the suspected April 3rd shooter at the Hot Spot Restaurant in Valley Village was arrested yesterday without incident. He was apprehended by a federal fugitive task force in the State of Washington. Galstyan is suspected of shooting 6 men, 4 of whom were mortally wounded.
After the shooting, Galstyan was indicted by a federal grand jury on weapons charges including dealing firearms without a license. He is alleged to have participated in the sale of firearms to an informant working for the Federal Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Agency.
