Another huge DMV win...A.H was paced by CHP at over 100 miles per hour on the 405 freeway. He was stopped and blew .18/.18. Set aside.
Another huge victory for Jeffrey Vallens. A.W. was charged with two separate third strike felonies in Lancaster. Result: both cases dismissed on the day of trial.
J.F. was charged with a third strike sex offense while in prison from a prior second strike offense facing 275 years to life. Result: Not guilt at trial.
R.S. facing two separate domestic battery cases, plus additional charges of criminal threats, dissuading a witness, etc. Result: infraction and $100 fine.
